As we all know, Donald Trump was indicted by a grand jury led by Special Counsel Jack Smith on Tuesday and arraigned Thursday in a federal courtroom on four felony charges, including Conspiracy to Defraud the United States; Conspiracy to Obstruct an Official Proceeding; Obstruction of and Attempt to Obstruct an Official Proceeding; and Conspiracy Against Rights.

The indictment alleges quote, “The purpose of the conspiracy was to overturn the legitimate results of the 2020 presidential election by using knowingly false claims of election fraud to obstruct the federal government function by which those results are collected, counted, and certified.”

This means Jack Smith needs to prove that Trump actually believed that he lost and that he criminally sought to convince everybody otherwise. Critics are calling Jack Smith’s latest indictment a retread of J6 committee garbage, more free speech violations by the Biden DOJ who should know better and ESP-like assumptions and mind-reading nonsense.

Moreover, Federal prosecutors will have to contend with at least five high-profile cases of confirmed irregularities or illegalities from the 2020 contest ranging from Iranian interference to unlawful voting procedures. As a result, most MAGA and legal pundits smiling.

One of my favorite writers, James Howard Kunstler has this to say about recent events, quote:

So, the best they could do was to charge Mr. Trump with objecting vocally to an election that looked as rotten as Hunter’s uncapped teeth? We all saw what happened overnight November 3 and 4, 2020: what the numbers looked like in the swing precincts at midnight and the magic mathematics that swapped tens of thousands of votes over from the Trump column to the Biden column (say, whu?) … the shutdown of the Fulton County State Farm Arena due to a supposedly leaking toilet and the ensuing monkey business with rolly-bags full of ballots under the tables captured by the closed-circuit cameras… the miraculous wee-hour harvest of ballots in Milwaukee… US Postal Service truck full of completed ballots out of Bethpage, Long Island, that turned up in Philadelphia… Mark Zuckerberg’s $419-million-dollar operation using two front orgs, the Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL) and the Center for Election Innovation and Research (CEIR) to staff precinct election boards with party shills and buy votes… the thumb drives and modems in the vote-counting machines….

Special Counsel Jack Smith may find it difficult to prove that expressing an opinion about all that is some kind of crime. Meanwhile, he’s turned Mr. Trump into the poster boy for the many other aggrieved victims of a government weaponized against its own people. More than half the country sees exactly what’s going on and no amount of video footage showing “JB” and Jill holding hands on the beach is going cover for that. We are on the threshold of a king-hell national crisis.

Donald Trump’s attorney, John Lauro sees at least one silver lining in the Department of Justice’s latest indictment of his client: Trump will get to litigate why he believes the 2020 presidential election was fraudulent.

He says, “We now have the ability in this case to issue our own subpoenas, and we will re-litigate every single issue in the 2020 election in the context of this litigation,” Lauro added. “It gives President Trump an opportunity that he has never had before, which is to have subpoena power since January 6 in a way that can be exercised in federal court.”

John Lauro’s thoughts were echoed by Alina Habba, Trump’s civil lawyer and spokeswoman.

She says that, by bringing the latest charges against Mr. Trump, the government is taking a number of risks, saying, “When you bring a lawsuit, you now open the door to subpoenas. You now open the door to us being able to ask you questions about the legitimacy of the 2020 election.”

I doubt that even the most Trump-deranged person on the planet thinks that Trump doesn’t actually believe he won! Former Supreme Court clerk, Mike Davis believes that a DC jury will be so Trump-deranged that they will find Trump guilty no matter what but he believes that if it does go to the Supreme Court, the case will be thrown out.

As for the judge who was “randomly” assigned to this case, Tanya Chutkan has delivered some of the harshest sentences to January 6th defendants and made her disgust and horror over January 6th clear and she has steadfastly toed the Deep State line that Trump didn’t actually believe that he won.

And then, there’s this question: Can a president be criminally tried by the federal judiciary for the same crime from which he was legislatively acquitted? Journalist, Joel Pollak argues that Trump is protected by the Double Jeopardy Clause and the new indictment should be quashed before trial, and the country should be spared the drama.

He writes, “Special Counsel Jack Smith accuses former President Donald Trump of causing the January 6, 2021, Capitol riot through his “lies” about the 2020 presidential election. To that end, he indicted Trump on four federal counts — one of which carries a potential death penalty.

He continues, “But Smith’s indictment itself offers nothing new. It carries same criminal charge of the second impeachment resolution against Trump, namely ‘incitement of insurrection,’ and for which he was acquitted by the Senate. It is barred, therefore, by the Constitution’s Double Jeopardy Clause.

“The Double Jeopardy Clause, contained within the Fifth Amendment, prevents any person from being tried twice in a federal court for the same crime.”

So they’re accusing Trump of fraud but who are they kidding as to who the actual fraudsters really are? I’m with Raheem Kassam on this one.

One of the funders of the hit film, ‘Sound of Freedom’ was just arrested for felony child kidnapping. The recent arrest of Fabian Marta, who bragged about helping fund the movie after Disney shelved it. According to the Missouri Courts website, Marta was charged July 21 with child kidnapping, a felony. According to Newsweek, which published his mugshot, Marta was arrested on July 23.

The State of Missouri defines kidnapping as when a person who is, “not a relative of the child within the third degree and, knowing he or she has no right to do so, removes a child under the age of fourteen without consent of the child’s parents or guardian, or confines such child for a substantial period of time without such consent.”

Tech Crunch reports that Russian state-sponsored hackers posed as technical support staff on Microsoft Teams to compromise dozens of global organizations, including government agencies.

Microsoft security researchers said on Wednesday that the “highly targeted” social engineering campaign was carried out by a Russian state-sponsored hacking group tracked by Microsoft as “Midnight Blizzard,” but more commonly known as Cozy Bear. The group, which was linked to the infamous SolarWinds attack in 2020, and fraudulently accused by the FBI of hacking the 2016 Presidential election in favor of Donald Trump is allegedly part of Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service, or SVR, according to US and UK law enforcement agencies.

SGAnon truthed earlier today the worldwide cyberattacks over the past last 5-8 weeks indicates to him that we are well into Phase 1 of the World Economic Forum’s Cyber Polygon Exercise – und zee frightening zenario of a comprehensive cyber attack.

SGAnon stated that further cyberattack incursions, infiltrations, and destabilizations will continue to occur, and will intensify and that Phase 2 is on the horizon, so we would do well to be mindful of that.

And Ed Dowd is back with some alarming new numbers which show that the rates of death and disability in the US are accelerating after a period of going sideways for several months, with 850,000 Americans added last June to the rolls of those self-identifying as “disabled”.

Ed sees a similar trend in other countries that mandated the COVID shot. Ed discusses his recent findings while investigating the UK Personal Independence Payment system (PIP), which is the UK’s version of Social Security Disability Insurance.

He found that the rates of reported hematological (blood-related) illness was up 522% in 2022 over the trend that had been established since 2016. There have been massive increases in excess reports of every different kinds of disability in the UK’s PIP Reported Disabilities, with Hematological claims up 522%, Endocrine, metabolic, and thermoregulation up 156%, Gastrointestinal up 145%, etc.

He says the 522% increase in hematological claims equates to a 61 standard deviation, saying, “61 standard deviations is lights-out, Black Swan event, something’s gone off the rails. It’s so many zeros and so unlikely to happen by accident that it has to be explained. And that’s why we’re calling on the medical community to explain this.”

In other news, the drowning death of Barack Obama’s private chef, Tafari Campbell is deemed an accident but Massachusetts police are STILL withholding basic information about Barack Obama’s personal chef under the guise of an ‘ongoing investigation’

On Friday morning, The Gateway Pundit published an explosive explosive video of Viktor Shokin, the Ukrainian prosecutor who was removed from office under pressure from then-U.S. Vice President Joe Biden.

In the detailed and extensive interview, Shokin responded to allegations from the Biden regime, laying out his side of the story regarding the investigations into Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company that once employed Hunter.

Joe Biden was bribed $5 million and his son Hunter was also bribed $5 million to have Shokin removed from office.

And finally, Tucker Carlson landing the interview with Hunter Biden’s former business partner, Devon Archer, instead of one the Fake News networks proves that the dinosaur media is dead.
