The conference was just held on September 27, 2010. Several retired military officers formerly involved with nuclear missiles and storage facilities, testify that UFOs shut down their operations, while hovering above their facilities.
The Disclosure Project’s Robert Hastings wraps up the conference with the following statement:
“These gentlemen believe that our planet is being visited by beings from another world… Regarding the missile shutdown incidents, [it’s our] opinion that whoever are aboard these craft are sending a signal to Washington and Moscow, among others, that we we playing with fire; that the possession and threatened use of nuclear weapons potentially threatens the human race and the integrity of the planetary environment.”
