A shocking speech by the former head of the entire Canadian military, Paul Hellyer.
Hellyer criticizes the US Black Budget programs for delivering nothing in the way clean energy over the last decades, while he derides the official US policy that ‘UFOs don’t exist.’
Anecdotally, he describes interactions and communications between what he calls “the visitors” and members of the Canadian military, which resulted in accidental Canadian casualties.
Hellyer criticizes the wars in Iraq & Afghanistan, which are, “Allegedly to bring democracy to those two countries,” but which he finds to be misguided, as:
“…America…itself can hardly be called a democracy: When trillions, I mean *thousands of billions* of dollars have been spent toward programs, about which both the Congress and the Commander-in-Chief have been kept in the dark.”
Hellyer recounts a press conference, during which President Clinton responded to White House reporter, Sarah McClendon’s question about why he didn’t do something about disclosing the existence of extraterrestrial relations. He replied, “Sarah, there’s a government inside the government and I don’t control it!”
Hellyer continues his speech against the great evil of lies, deceit and darkness and he encourages Americans to go “All-out, to win the victory of truth, transparency and light.”
