Ken Paxton: “The Federal Government Is Threatening Us, Saying We Need to Get Out of Their Way”

The Federal Government may use in the future NGO’s such as Natural Asset Companies (NAC’s) for reasons such as taking control over land. It will give them tremendous flexibility to do just about any thing! I have a feeling not all our elected officials are aware of what is happening with
Self-Regulatory Organizations; New York Stock Exchange LLC; Notice of Filing of Proposed Rule Change to Amend the NYSE Listed Company Manual to Adopt Listing Standards for Natural Asset Companies (NAC’s).
These Natural Asset Companies from what I understand will take over certain natural resources of National Parks, government owned land (beaches, parks, …). These companies will be given powers that may be stronger than any individual rights and cause hardships for many. These NAC’s are created as part of the ESG to regulate and control natural resources, carbon credit, price fixing commodities.

I am in no way an expert in this area, I just stumbled upon it and found it to be very disturbing. I have had a couple of years down on Wall Street, retired Insurance Agent and a retired Naval Officer.

I hope you you find my documentation in this matter helpful. You are probably at this point wondering what do you think Kevin can do? I don’t know either but just due your best and get the legislators prepared so not to get hoodwinked even if this is possible.

Our government process has been captured and bypassing government by using Corporations to make law!
We need to protect counties common use properties and private property from these NAC’s.

10th Amendment
The Tenth Amendment (Amendment X) to the United States Constitution, a part of the Bill of Rights, was ratified on December 15, 1791. It expresses the principle of federalism, also known as states’ rights, by stating that the federal government has only those powers delegated to it by the Constitution, and that all other powers not forbidden to the states by the Constitution are reserved to each state.
