Attorney Todd Callender joins Dr Lee Vliet and Sean on the SGT Report, saying he believes there’s been a huge sea change in the legal fight against the COVID financial fraud/bioterrorism campaign, citing the war crime tribunals currently underway by Russia in Eastern Ukraine and the prosecution of Alain Berset, the President of Switzerland, who is also the former Minister of Health by the Attorney General of Switzerland.
Berset has been accused of Abuse of Office under Article 312 of the Swiss Criminal Code, in charges filed against him by Swiss banker, Pascal Najadi, which Todd says this is the first case that has legs being lodged against a sitting head of state over their “vaccine” policy.
Todd also says he’s representing “a royal family in Southeast Asia, who had one of their family members killed,” in a civil case and he’s urging them, since they have the authority to convene their own military tribunals, because under international law, any military tribunal has universal jurisdiction to prosecute these crimes.
Todd won’t name which Southeast Asian country he’s working with. Thailand, Cambodia, Brunei and Malaysia are the four monarchies in that region and Sean suspects that he’s referring to Thailand, whose crown princess has been in a coma for the past six weeks after being injected three times with the bioweapon and he refers to a report from Clayton Morris at Redacted about the King of Thailand planning to nullify the Kingdom’s contract with Pfizer. Sean also cites Clif High’s recent Substack post about rumors of “assassins” being “recruited” out of very deep holes in the martial arts underworld of Bangkok.
There’s also news that Japanese researchers led by Professor Masanori Fukushima intend to sue the Japanese government for covering up the side effects of the jab.
Todd says, “Now, you’re going to see the floodgates open, these are universal jurisdiction crimes, which means that, if Switzerland wanted to prosecute our president, they would not only have the ability to do that – and do that in absentia – they would have the ability to sentence and actually carry out that sentence in absentia, meaning extra-territorially. If they were able to find a treaty partner, they could go and grab whoever it is responsible, bring them back for the execution, if that was the sentence. This is a big deal. This is a huge deal: the first sovereign to do this,” and he predicts that officials all over the world are going to start trying to cut deals.
Sadly, Todd has been unable to find a billeted general officer, out of the 3,000 who have attained this rank willing to open up an investigation inside the US military but he says that a whistleblower has just disclosed to Senator Ron Johnson that there is a high fatality rates among the General Officer corps, the Pilot corps and the Special Operations corps, so we may see such victims coming forward.
