The Human Edge is a Canadian television series, which airs weekly on TVOntario. The program presents documentary films on social issues and is currently hosted by Ian Brown. This episode is about the implosion of the Soviet Union and the explosion of super wealth by the Russian Oligarchy – who were quickly quashed by Russian President, Vladimir Putin, as soon as he succeeded Boris Yeltsin.
There are many opinions about this complex and fascinating series of events, about which I am completely out of my
depth.
