Yes, I suppose one could say that, but is it a Freudian slip? After all, mental illness as Americans understand it today, was the invention of Sigmund Freud. We should not be surprised by this magistrates rending of the law because mental illness is now believed to be an excuse even for crimes such as murder. Oh, you murdered so and so because you were mentally ill at the time? Not guilty!
Same as shoplifting now considered legitimate if you are impoverished. Just help yourself to the merchandize. Who needs charity anymore, you see, you need, you take. All this is traceable through people with names who migrated here from Eastern Europe 1880-1924, from such places as Kiev Urkaine, some of the most corrupt people on the planet whose bag of excuses is bulging with alabis for just about anything they wish to legitimize.
There simply is not enough space here for me to name all the names of lawyers, political activists, politicians, “businessman”, second and third generations of these Eastern Euorpean colonizers of America who think maniplation of G-d’s laws is greatly to be desired – and admired!
