NYC isn’t the only city in the US with this problem … reports out of Atlanta, GA, surfaced more than a month ago about the more than 1200 homes already being squatted in there.
This is just another glimpse of our Nation and its people being destroyed …

This is endemic to NYC, not even NY state. You have to have a contract (not necessarily written) to have footing. No contract = trespass. End of the story. Most of these cases simply are fraud on part of “squatter”. Police don’t care. Simple solution is to post “no trespassing” sign and document it.

Another MSM hysteria is “right to shelter law”. There is no such law in NYC nor NY state and never existed. MSM lie to us. There was a consent judgment from 1981 which dealt with American homeless in NYC, not illegal aliens. Consent cuts the red tape and solves the problem at hand, but never sets the legal precedent:
