He makes his anti-Globalist position very clear, unlike any Presidential candidate I’ve ever heard speak. He says that Globalism is Corporatism. It cares not a whit about human beings.
He says that the American government lost its way when it stopped putting the needs of the American people first and replacing that with the interests of large corporations, which off-shored jobs and tax liability and brought down wages, while Americans had to compete with a low-paid Chinese labor force whose currency was also heavily manipulated downwards, to make American manufacturing totally uncompetitive. He vows to bring the manufacturing base back to America, to institute protectionist policies for American businesses and overall to promote Americanism, as opposed to Empire-building.
