Actor, Stacy Keach presents this documentary by first asking questions, such as, “Could the quantum leap in technology represent alien technology? Could technology like the microchip, which is ubiquitous in our lives have come from an extraterrestrial source? Is it alien technology?”
He is followed by one Major David K. Doyle (no military branch noted), who avers that alien technology entering the mainstream was most likely “a fact,” and he surmises that this was done in an extremely secretive facility, with very few workers, on a “need to know” basis.
A brief discussion unfolds about the formation of the Majestic 12 by President Harry S. Truman and how this group was dedicated to finding applications for alien technology in everyday human life, where these could be safe and they sought ways to
distribute this back-engineered alien technology into the hands of private industries.
