This spooky show by Discovery Channel is about how the next generation of weapons will subdue enemies of the law “without causing bodily harm.”
They want to use sound waves for crowd control. And in the future police cars will stop those who flee by car using energy weapons.
Some of these weapons, like the acoustic gun, are so new that it may be years before their potential drawbacks may be generally known . . .
