A psychopath is a person with an antisocial personality disorder, manifested in aggressive, perverted, criminal, or amoral behavior without empathy or remorse – although they are usually extremely charismatic. Most psychopaths are not the mass-murderers, depicted in Hollywood films. The illness usually manifests in a much subtler and more pernicious manner.
