In what Ben Kaiser calls the logical union of the Tiny House movement and energy consciousness, his 359 House can be rotated by just person pushing a bar.

Measuring 12′ x 12′ his rotating house can follow the sun for warmth, and on cold days, it can be heated with just a 110 Volt heater.

  • Loved this house. Such a great idea to capture the best sun or shade year ’round and pump up energy efficiency. And, the centralized utilities conduit that allows the house to twirl–inspired! I did want to know how one gets to that conduit to make repairs in a connected home. This style in an off-grid home would be so stellar.
