Frenchman living in Tokyo angrily criticizes the Japanese government for lying about the dangers posed by the quake-damaged Fukushima nuclear power plant.
Internet traffic has been restricted in Japan, including YouTube, allegedly to allow more bandwidth for the government to manage the disaster of the most powerful quake in Japanese history, which has left at least 4,000 dead and thousands more still unaccounted for.
