Fire has broken out in a multi-story residential building in Moscow, according to Russian Telegram channel reports.
There are rumors of a DEW attack, being that the fire started on the roof.
Rescuers have evacuated 400 people from the building. According to witnesses, the roof of the building collapsed, the residents living on the upper floors are asking for help. Along with 41 fire engines, a fire-fighting plane and helicopters have been brought to the area. The fire has spread to neighboring buildings.
