‘Brexit the Movie’ is a feature-length documentary film made to inspire as many Britons as possible to vote to leave the EU in the June 23rd referendum.

The film spells out the danger of Britain’s remaining in the EU. Is it safe to give a remote government beyond British control the power to make laws? Is it safe for Britain to tie itself to countries which are close to financial ruin, drifting towards scary political extremism, and suffering long-term, self-inflicted economic decline?

‘Brexit’ shows the sprawling self-serving bureaucracy, the political cynicism, the lack of accountability, the perks, the waste, the cronyism, the utter corruption of the EU.

It cuts through the bogus narrative of the so-called noble goals of “Project Europe”, revealing the self-interest of the political-bureaucratic class which runs and benefits from the EU.

The film highlights the danger of Britain’s becoming prisoner of a backward-looking “Fortress Europe” and it explores the exciting opportunities that open up to us when we look beyond the narrow confines of the EU.

‘Brexit the Movie’ argues forcefully and persuasively that it is safer and wiser for Britons to live in a country which is free, independent, self-governing, confident and global.

  • I shall be voting ‘Out’.
The House of Lords police legislation passed by MPs. They have been instrumental in modifying legislation in the past. Maybe it is time to change their role in government but there are many areas we may need to review in this country which is why we need a referendum to regain our independence. Ireland was famously told after their first ballot to go back and get it right, which they did.
So far no debate from the other side has come close to this.

  • I. thought this film very interesting ….but am also curious about the other side of the debate.
I sent this to my brother in Ireland (I left Ireland over 40 years ago, moved to the US and now live in France) and this is what he had to say.:

“I have been hearing the views of the leave EU people for years and know all about them. They might win the referendum because there are a lot of people in England who believe what they say. Simple message – blame all our problems on the EU. What they say is ludicrous and mostly lies. We all vote for the European Parliament and decisions are made by all the countries together. England shouldn’t tell anyone about democracy Who voted for the House of Lords – nobody. Who voted for their head of state – nobody.
The English have never really liked being in the EU and they didn’t join the Euro because they wanted to keep the Queens head on their notes. They’ll be back to being little England again. It doesn’t bother me what they do and we don’t have any of that debate here as 100 % of our politicians are pro EU. For me the EU is the greatest thing ever to happen to this country and the pros far far outweigh the minuses. The Brexit people want the UK to be free independent and self governing . O Yea ? Like they let Scotland Wales and Northern Ireland be self governing ? Like they let us be self governing over a hundred years ago and murdered us when we rebelled against them ? Like they murdered thousands of people in India too when they just wanted to govern themselves ? And loads of other countries too. Rule Britannia! ”

I wouldn’t get into a debate with my brother as he is forcefully opinionated – but does anyone have a pro EU objective?

  • Britain was a successful country and empire way before the EU was was conceived in the hearts of fiendish men. Every one of the founding countries thought they could gain the upper hand but it’s become an unstoppable juggernaut with a mind of its own. EU is about centralising power and money. This increases the power of the political class, and as we all know, politics is the worst form of government there is. By adding another layer of government above national governments, you increase bureaucracy, which causes inefficiency. The only tradeoff is governmental stability, but this comes at the cost of economic, social, and scientific progress.
You can’t solve the problems of Europe by ADDING complexity but rather by doing away with it.
Come on people, you’re so smart! You can figure this out and you don’t need me to tell you this. Sure, it seemed like a good idea at the time, and so we tried it. It failed. So now the only rational solution is to get rid of this failed EU thing as painlessly as we can.
If Britain leaves, that’s the first domino, and other countries will follow.
YOU, the BRITS defeated the Roman Empire. Do you even realise this? When Hadrian built his wall, that was the first time in Roman history that Rome’s boundaries were fixed, and from that point on it just went downhill. And rest assured that defeating some wimpy Eurocrats will be a lot easier than defeating the Roman army.

  • Roger, how do you mean the uk is not in the EU? If you believe that is due to our country retaining the control our own currency and central bank, that is only a small (albeit important) part of a much wider issue. The fact is – the UK is in the EU, and I think we should be out and in control of our own political issues. In fact, if the vote is to remain, I will immediately look to relocate my family and business away from the uk – I mean the EU! over to Switzerland or Australia for the good of my children.

  • The tentacles of centralization are no more than controlling others because you think you know better…like the 3 Abrahamic religions each ‘know better’ than all others that their god is the one god or mother having all those tech devices monitoring me, her defenseless and mindless child.
I had no idea of how systematic the controllers have been in centralizing their power since WWII…or earlier. This documentary belongs on every tv and visual communication device in the industrialized world!

  • If the people of the UK actually watched this film, they Would ALL vote out of the EU……
The rules and regulations have become laughable, insane and unpractical.
It is one of the biggest CON’s on the planet……….
Only the Elite members ex-politicians want it to stay and now we know why.
