When I first viewed this, I saw this as a CGI fantasy “Peacebomber” for destroying the war marchine – but then, I saw the YouTube notes to this, which referred to it as a simulation of “Russia’s Super Weapon.”
Hell if I know.
It’s totally silly and demented – yet, the mesmerizing CGI and diabolical tactics hold enough interest, that you don’t need to know what it is – which, I still don’t.
