Independent scientist Leuren Moret discusses the international consortium behind the European Incoherent Scatter Scientific Association, or EISCAT. What those countries have in common is the the Wallenberg and the Rothschild banking families.
The consortium were conducting experiments at a Norway High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, or HAARP, facility a week before the Fukushima nuclear disaster. The Wallenberg Foundation says that it has played a decisive role in that HAARP facility.
One Scandinavian correspondent reported rainbow-colored clouds over a HAARP facility just prior to the disastrous earthquake that caused the Fukushima cataclysm.
Moret is a whistleblower from the Livermore nuclear weapons facility.
