The first mention of the Nephilim in the Bible is in Genesis 6, and it says that the Nephilim procreated with the daughters of men.
When the Bible was written, people were supposed to know who the Nephilim were. But any mention of them, in most other literature, is now lost.
Enoch wrote a series of books about his adventures before the flood. He wrote about a race of beings called the watchers who existed in the land of Sumer (now Iraq).
