The introductory shots are from the last three years of the career of the amazing Ted Rossy.
Rossy predictably says that it’s fun. He doesn’t have feathers but feels like a bird sometime. It’s “unreal,” he says. He refuses to ad more elaborate steering mechanisms because he wants to enhance that feeling of being one with the wing.
Twenty years ago, he discovered skydiving. He has a top speed of 300 kilometers, or 190 miles, per hour, just before looping.
