Dr. Bruce Lipton explains there is a sea change in biology and medicine that’s finally starting to gain ground in mass consciousness, the field of epigenetics.
Epigenetics is the study of inherited changes and gene expression that are caused by mechanisms other than those related solely to the DNA sequence, itself. These causes can be related to the environment and/or the specific habits and even the beliefs of the individual.
Lipton says this is absolutely transformational because rather than seeing ourselves as being the victims of our genetics, we can now see ourselves as being able to make the choices that will control our genetics.
