The anonymous military person involved in this waterboarding says he doesn’t feel that the procedure is in fact torture. He also says that he doesn’t believe it to be physical pain (whatever).
Waterboarding pushes carbon dioxide to the top of your lungs, so it’s not quite like holding your breath.
It’s not torture – but it’s torture!
