Yes, I believe it was “China”, i.e. the Deep State. It’s whoever controls the IceCube Neutrino Observatory in Antarctica, which is CERN and the National Science Foundation, with equipment made by Raytheon. It purports to be a telescope but it’s actually a tectonic weapon that can strike anywhere on the planet. Remember last year, when whistleblower, Eric Hecker came forward about it? He was the tradesman who was contracted to keep it powered:

But I think it was absolutely an attack to soften-up Taiwan before a CCP invasion. The CCP is not China, same as the US Federal Government is not America. Both are the Deep State.
