Fibonacci gave Europe this number sequence, from India, that relates to the growth of all living systems
It relates to tree branching, for trees grow by spiraling.
The spirals in a shell are governed by the Fibonacci sequence.
You can find the number in snakes and pine cones. Without understanding the larger picture of nature, you will never be able to understand its tiniest aspects.
I don’t agree with the idea that “Man is the measure of all things.” That’s way anthropomorphic.
