Ivan Raiklin: I’m going to recall onto active duty every person in this treasonous conspiracy that was a military officer, recall them onto active duty, and then conduct a little bit of UCMJ, Uniform Code of Military Justice, accountability on them.
And that includes, in addition to treason: sedition, and mutiny.
Mutiny is a statute that applies to military justice circles, and I would suspect that if you’re listening in, that is another vector to bring to account individuals that were part of the conspiracy, and we can do multiple lines of effort.
And that doesn’t even mention, as this develops, the civil litigation that this will open up as in terms of First Amendment violations that took place at scale, Fourth Amendment violations, Fifth Amendment due process violations, at scale, of not only Virginians and Floridians, of every single American citizen.
Yeah, right. I’m holding my breath….
