The Department of Justice has unsealed two major indictments against 30 members and associates of Venezuela’s Tren de Aragua crime gang, which was designated a Foreign Terrorist Organization last February. One indictment is in the Southern District of New York and the other indictment is out of the Southern District of Texas.
The indictments charge senior leadership with terrorism, international drug trafficking, weapons smuggling, sex slavery, extortion and torture – all under the direction of Venezuela’s regime and with training by Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
Thousands of Tren de Aragua gang members were freed from prison and imported into the United States, along with thousands of Muslim terrorists from South Asia, as part of the UN’s weaponized migration program, in coordination with the Biden administration, Catholic Charities USA, HIAS Inc and other NGOs posing as “humanitarian” organizations who were, in fact furiously working to collapse America’s Constitutional form of government by orchestrating the most colossal human trafficking operation in history.
Patrick Tells Emerald:
“These people are all trained by IRGC, the Iranian Revolutionary Guards. They are in Venezuela. They have really been a part of creating this whole terrorist plan to overthrow – they’re trying to overthrow the United States! China is behind it all, ultimately, in the shadows. Maybe the puppeteer is Iran, or the quarterback, but the front line is Cuba…and Venezuela.
“This is the finishing blow of something that started with the COVID shenanigans, Antifa and BLM and all that. They were the cheerleaders. Antifa – by the way, they were trained down in Venezuela. The BLM leaders and Antifa leaders, you’re going to find they were trained down there and funded. Then, came the fake election of 2020 and then all the Cancel Culture.
“That weakened us, it didn’t take us out, as it was supposed to, but they sent in, as planned under Biden, tens of thousands of terrorists. This specifically goes into – the terrorists are from all over the world, really – but they have built cells.
“A terrorist uses a cell structure, each has a team captain. These people direct that they take over in a neighborhood, they take over an apartment building in the US, in Florida, in Colorado, New York. This is all said in the indictment, so it’s not crazy, wacky, Pat Byrne saying it, it’s the DOJ!…
“What’s really important is to understand this is not like, ‘Gee, a whole bunch of bank robbers and bad guys got rounded-up,’ it’s that the front line of World War III, that was sent to overthrow our country or to finish us off, really. We got softened-up over the last five years. The finishing-off force just got indicted – indicted, not just for being normal criminals, but criminals who have been trafficking arms, crossing national lines, sex trafficking, and using extortion to do so.”
Patrick says that all his life, people have talked about the Greatest Generation, complaining that, “We never got our chance to do something big,” to which he says: “No, you did! This is it, World War III, you’re in it!”
Emerald then asks the only question most Americans have, right now: “When will we see accountability for the people in the United States that helped them?“
She notes that the only official messaging we’re getting from the administration is about a potential invasion of Venezuela and regime change. After decades of false flag-based Neocon wars in South Asia that have killed millions of innocents, destroyed America’s reputation and bankrupted the Treasury, nobody wants to hear anything about invading Venezuela.
Patrick replies, “Correct. There was an inside-outside strategy; that the insiders have to be found, too. But today, we’re going to celebrate the DOJ, you and me Emerald, loathe though we may be to do it. We’re going to celebrate even Todd Blanche and Pam Bondi!”
Then he adds, “All that information has been sitting with some generals, waiting to turn it over and they’d been blocked by the CIA, until we snaked around it.“

Emerald Robinson: Huge breaking news as it relates to Venezuela, the DOJ announced two major indictments of Tren de Aragua leaders, one in the Southern District of New York for racketeering, trafficking, terrorism, importation of drugs, firearms, and another indictment just dropped of several other Tren de Aragua senior leadership who have been charged with terrorism and international drug distribution.
For more on this story, let’s go straight to one of the sources, Patrick Byrne, who has really spent several years investigating these people. And now we’re finally seeing – we’ve been talking about this so long, Patrick, and now we’re finally seeing some action! These are major indictments. Tell my audience why.
Patrick Byrne: This is an out-of-the-park home run from the DOJ! I feel a little bad about all the unkind things I’ve been saying about certain people. This finally happened. This is an out of the park home run.
The DOJ has indicted Tren de Aragua, which it was important to know about this indictment. It’s 16 pages and I’ve just read through it. Can you still see me?
Emerald Robinson: No.
Patrick Byrne: Oh, my phone went to sleep. Let me fix this…(inaudible) prison in Tocorón Prison, Aragua [Venezuela] when, my phone went dead. I’ll touch it every minute. I was driving across the Everglades.
It was formed in Tocorón Prison, Aragua as a paramilitary reporting to our old friends, Jorge and Delcy Rodríguez, who you know, because I’ve explained on your show before, they’re the stepchildren of Carlos the Jackal. Remember that whole story? This is their paramilitary, Tren de Aragua.
It’s been indicted for, I mean, it’s really like, you have to say when they go big, they go big! It’s extortion, kidnapping, robberies, sex trafficking, killing, torture, all that stuff. And then all of that stuff enhanced by, this isn’t just random, it’s part of a network. And in addition, it crosses transnational boundaries.
And in addition, is a National Security element. It’s happening at the direction of a foreign government, Venezuela. And what is connecting in, is these people are all trained by IRGC, the Iranian Revolutionary Guards. They are in Venezuela. They have really been a part of creating this whole terrorist plan to overthrow – they’re trying to overthrow the United States!
China is behind it all, ultimately, in the shadows. Maybe the puppeteer is Iran, or the quarterback, but the front line is Cuba…and Venezuela.
And these Mexican cartels we’re all worried about, they’re the shoeshine boys. I mean, no, they’re serious people themselves, but they’re not the main event. The main event, well, we’re up to Venezuela, and now the DOJ, with a string of indictments, has just confirmed everything we’ve said about this front line.
The TDA is a not just terrorist, and all these bad crimes, but it’s doing it as a network under the direction of some foreign political leaders. And that’s pretty bad. It’s a war. They’ve launched a war against us.
Emerald Robinson: So one of the people indicted, Patrick, is a man named Hector Guerrero Flores. This is how the DOJ describes him as the “Mastermind of Tren de Aragua’s evolution from his Venezuelan prison gang into a transnational terrorist organization that committed countless acts of violence, extortion, and drug trafficking all over North America, South America, and Europe,” as well. That’s according to US Attorney James J Clayton in the Southern District of New York.
That’s where they indicted him. They now say that they have charged 30 members or associates of TdA with federal crimes, and that the DOJ is committed to bankrupting the cartels and transnational gangs, and goes on and on and on. OK?
And then in the other indictment, this was, they just unsealed, this happened a few minutes ago, a six-count, second superseding indictment charging four Venezuelan nationals, including multiple alleged high ranking members of Trinidad and Tobago, a designated Foreign Terrorist Organization. It lists the four people that they indicted. Again, this is for drug trafficking, money-laundering, terrorist activities for flooding, invading the United States, right? They invaded our borders.
But how does this fit into the larger picture and where we’re talking about the election-rigging as well, so that you can tie it all together in a bow for my audience? Where is this headed?
Patrick Byrne: Where this is headed is a fuller understanding for the American people about what counts as “war”. Our friends, the tricky Chinese for 2,500 years, have understood that war has multiple dimensions and only the last resort is the dimension where spears or arrows or bullets are flying.
There’s dimensions that are through economic warfare and subversion and so on and so forth, of committing war on a country and overthrowing it. But we’re in the middle of that.
All my life, I’ve heard people kvetch, we say “The Great Generation, we never got our chance, we never got our chance to do something big.” No, you did! This is it, World War III, you’re in it! He’s the US attorney of the Southern District of Texas. They must be in on this too, because his name’s on some of it, so congratulations to them.
So Americans, what’s really important is to understand this is not like, “Gee, a whole bunch of bank robbers and bad guys got rounded-up.” It’s that the front line of World War III, that was sent to overthrow our country or to finish us off, really, we got softened-up over the last five years. They call the girls the “Multadas”. Did you see that in the indictment? The multadas, a “multa” in Spanish is like a fine or a ticket in the sense of a parking ticket, a fine. To say the “multadas” means “the girls who have been fined or ticketed,” because they’re registered, they get smuggled in, and then they have to do sex work to pay off their “multa”, and so they’re the “Multadas”, and they never get out of it.
The fine just goes up, and I’m sure there’s interest and this and that. They’re using extortion against their family members. I mean, this is evil. This is like that Dr Evil in that movie, ‘Austin Powers’. I mean, these are just pure evil people. They’re savages, and it means that, because it’s now transnational and terrorist and this and that, this can exceed a normal… We don’t have to send a bunch of detectives around. The response can be more kinetic and more high-powered, more military.
Emerald Robinson: OK, so let’s talk about the where we are now, the score. So we have these latest two indictments that relate specifically to Tren de Aragua as a transnational criminal organization that you say warrants military intervention, so to speak, and we also have – let us not forget – we have the superseding indictment in the Southern District of Florida for Smartmatic, which is a Venezuelan-born software used to seal elections all across the globe.
This is for those, specifically for bribery and corruption charges in the Philippines. So those are three, well, four if you count the Smartmatic executives that were indicted as part of the Philippine corruption scheme. So that’s four, related to drug trafficking and then bribery and corruption as a whole part of this.
When are we going to see indictments? Because in order to do what they were trying to do, they had to have people in the United States who helped them. When will we see accountability for the people in the United States that helped them? Because all of this now is looking at, you know, invading Venezuela, changing the regime there, but…it really doesn’t come full circle until we rid the U.S. of the traitors as well.
Patrick Byrne: Correct. There was an inside-outside strategy that the insiders have to be found, too. But today, we’re going to celebrate the DOJ, you and me Emerald, loathe though we may be to do it. We’re going to celebrate even Todd Blanche and Pam Bondi!

Emerald Robinson: OK, we’ll look on that. So, and this, and just so we clear, they had to sign off on these. So they, they agreed that these indictments needed to be filed. So we do applaud them for that.
Patrick Byrne: And yeah, and I applaud the work of the – you know, Buffett taught me, “You praise publicly, criticize privately.” I criticized publicly, so at least I should praise publicly! They did a great job. It’s a great indictment. There’s thousands of man-hours of work.
I know a lot of the things, where a fair bit of that came from, but I don’t want to certainly take anything away from the Feds. But some people that you and I know sort of served a whole lot of that up to them on a silver platter. And in some ways, we don’t even want to, we don’t even want to say, right now until they all get rounded up. I’m in a Florida Everglades looking around [over my shoulder]. (Laughs)

And it tells us, and it’s not just, it’s not just going after criminals, it’s going after Venezuela and Iran. There’s mention of the IRGC in this, which ties in Iran to all of this. This is an act of war against our country.
