But as I recall awhile back “couple years , fairly recent it was assumed because from deep research people were able to the Chinese and Russians were already here in Cognito , laying low, working, as in supposedly Chinese solar plants in the United States actually employe Chinese soldiers who wear civilian clothes to be undetectable to the public, supposedly 85% of the solar plants in united states are owned & function by the Chinese people.
