The American flag waves after an astronaut passes between it and the camera. This looks perfectly natural because we’re used to our atmosphere and its turbulence – but would this be possible on the atmosphere-free surface of the Moon?

The flag’s movement has been explained as being the result of electric static from the astronaut’s suit…what do you think?
