Here, a Tampa Bay area meteorologist explains how radar gets jammed by military radar chaff — fiberglass fibers.
Chaff, as it is called, does not necessary mean a chemtrail. There’s nothing secretive about chaff. It can be dispersed without being visible from the ground and in the clear air.
But contrails only form under very specific conditions. If THEY wanted to spray chemicals without you seeing it, it would be all too easy.
