There are those that say that we can’t feed the world without genetically modified organisms and commodification.
How could we possibly feed all the hungry? the GMO proponents ask.
But the truth is that mostly agricultural communities are the ones starving because they have to pay the high costs for the “innovative” chemicals associated with farming. Chemical farming promotes monocultures — which fly in the face of the diversity and organic methods that could produce five to 10 times more nutrition.
