This is a story about ‘Mhee’ a
25 year old Englishman who has decided to opt out of society, by saying “no”
to The Government, and choosing to live a free and honest life. Mhee has not physically touched
money for 12 months, has no passport, no National Identity card (NI) and considrs himself a free man.
