Gematria, shematria. You can find numbers to match almost anything. As far as a shooter being on that water tower? You try coming down from a water tower and descend into that hornet’s nest of activity without being seen. Day or night. A witness saw that? Why weren’t authorities, media, or someone told? Pretty easy to wait out someone coming down from a water tower. That is not something quickly or furtively done.
