I was fortunate to learn how mobs operate early in life by working for a “white hat” corporate mob to whom the local “black hat mob” owed money and I was a bill collector for the white hat mob. That was the assignment for all non-family member new employees. To fine tune my speech a little, the white hat mob operated generally within the law and the black hat mob operated mainly outside the law behind a legitimate fascade. Other than that they were pretty much the same nature. So one had an air of respectibility the other didn’t, but both were fleecing the public—deliberately! Behind all the feel good rhetoric were cold hearted operations to seperate people from their money, aka property. I learned a lot about both and very nearly got sucked into their vortext, but my Christian beliefs would not permit my capitulation! After nine very successful years I could not stand the pressure to conform and left. Even though I had proven more profitable than most all other producers it was never good enough. It finally dawned on me I was a mere slave to the owners and their admiration of me was little more than encouragement to milk more money out of the public for them.

Quite a few years later I was working for a very wonderful company that was acquired by a large “acquisition conglomerate” with ties to the CIA. Within months they began to bleed it out and within about six years it was all gone. It was a brutal take down, but one would never know it by reading all the MSM praises for the robber baron monster responsible! MSM is in the same boat with these monsters, it’s a club!

I have been screaming bloody murder about investment banking firms for a long time, but nobody seems to care. Perhpas it’s ignorance so let me give you my definitions. Venture Capitalists – target mainly early stage business start-ups but also change agencies, and some Growth Equity – targets more mature businesses and some Private Equity (PE)- targets vulnerable to take over publicly traded businesses with the objective of acquiring a controlling stake, providing guidance for a fee, forced restructuring and either selling at a profit or forced liquidation often following transfer of private equity debt to the victim corporation.

Every one of these predatory firms has a CEO that you need to know about. I have investigated hundreds of these firms and can say with confidence that most if not all were educated in a university school of econmics which teach their students how to steal other peoples property and get away with it. Every time I see a press release or an interview of a big corporate CEO, I am almost certain to discover a “school of econmics” in their background. This proved true this very morning of Michel Doukeris the CEO of InBev the Brazillion company that bought out Bush beer. It took awhile but I did turn up the Wharton School of Economics in his education records. Reading this monster beer meister’s record and his statements you cannot miss that for him enough isn’t ever enough and his MO is “corporate acquisition”, unquote! Acqusition for the sake of bigger and bigger and bigger until you own everything is a form of mental illness.
