Jesse Watters: Sorry, lovebirds, the other shoe just dropped. A federal grand jury just subpoenaed former FBI officials and lovers Lisa Page and Peter Strzok and former CIA Director John Brennan. Senior National Correspondent Kevin Corke has the details. Kevin.
Kevin Corke: Evening, Jesse. The slow hands of justice are moving here in Washington, granted, slower than a lot of people would like, but nevertheless, they are moving.
The latest, a federal grand jury issuing subpoenas to former CIA Director John Brennan, as well as former FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page. This is, by the way, all part of the DOJ’s investigation into the origins of the Russia probe and their potential roles in that investigation, including the long since discredited Steele dossier. And this is incredibly important.
The grand jury impaneled in this circumstances out of Southern District of Florida. There, the U.S. attorney is Jason Reding Quiñonez. He’ll be supervising the probe.
Of course, Fox News Digital first reported this summer that John Brennan was in fact under criminal investigation. And perhaps, maybe, just maybe, the pressure’s getting to him.

Kevin Corke: I can’t believe he was like, put that in there. Putting his finger on a brother. That’s crazy.
As for Strzok and Page, well, they first came under scrutiny back in 2018 when the then IG, Michael Horowitz, uncovered a series of anti-Trump text messages from the alleged lovers. “It’s going to be OK…”
Both had been assigned to work on the special counsel’s team for Robert Mueller. And perhaps most riveting tonight, Jesse, law enforcement sources are telling Fox News Digital up to 30 additional subpoenas will be issued in the coming days. We’ll have the popcorn.
Jesse Watters: Wow. 30. We’ll be watching from right here. Back to you. That’s a lot. Yeah. I bet people are a little nervous.
Kevin Corke: You bet they are.
