The Black Hawk Continuity of Government (COG) training exercises, referenced by Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth in his first press conference are routine and have been ongoing since 9/11, according to George Webb, who says that the current COG plans were written by Dick Cheney, going into 9/11. He adds that former CIA Director, John Brennan is Cheney’s successor, as the head of the Cabal to take down the United States using COG in order to torpedo “Every pillar of the Constitution”:

“Dick Cheney sat down in 1999, even before he was Vice-President with George Bush and lined all this stuff out and as soon as he became Vice-President, he put it all in. And it’s basically a torpedo for every pillar of the Constitution. Again, starting with an attack on us [9/11], starting with a false flag and then a response to take away more rights [Patriot Act].

“And coronavirus is going to be right in there. January 6th is going to be another thing to take away rights and enable snipers to shoot citizens, getting over posse comitatus and all those things. Each one of those torpedoes is used to take out a pillar of the Constitution.

“Dick Cheney started it. The current custodian of it is John Brennan.”

That sounds about right to me, although I have no way of confirming this or many other statements cited in this article about the back-to-back airline crashes last week.

George says the reason we see the Black Hawk “flying erratically” and taking runs at commercial airliners, causing another American Airlines Flight to abort landing the previous day is because they are practicing flight intercepts, for another 9/11-type “hijacked plane” scenario, to shoot a Hellfire Missile at it and cause the wreckage to land in the Potomac River, instead of all over the Government Buildings.

This sounds insanely reckless but George claims that all of this is laid-out in the book, ‘Raven Rock: The Story of the U.S. Government’s Secret Plan to Save Itself–While the Rest of Us Die’ by Garrett Graff.

I haven’t read that book but @SpookdBlog, a self-described retired Director of Operations at the Defense Clandestine Service directly contradicted this in a series of posts about the DC mid-air collision, last Wednesday night:

This was an impossible “accident”

1) A military helicopter should not have been in that flight path on a “training mission

2) definitely not on night navigation for “training”

3) the commercial flight was on a normal landing approach

4) it appears the chopper was remote controlled, thus it ignored warnings from the airport

5) if there were a crew on that aircraft , they were killed beforehand so there would be bodies in the wreckage ( perhaps with bullet holes in their skulls)

5) I’ve never seen wreckage like that in any military aircraft crashes I’ve investigated

6) who was on that commercial aircraft that they wanted to kill!

George and others have noted that the Black Hawk took off from the “Saudi Embassy” at 811 Lawton Street in McLean, VA – which is not the Saudi Embassy, it is a property is owned and used by members and guests of the Saudi Kingdom’s foreign service. George notes that John Brennan was the CIA Station Chief in Saudi Arabia.

Tore Maras, who is an avid critic of Brennan screamed on her social media that anyone advancing “conspiracy theories” about the Saudis is “not your friend”.

For his part, L Todd Wood, who says he has “several thousand hours in high-performance rotary-wing aircraft flying for a Tier One Special Operations unit” and who is the Publisher of CD Media, Armed Services Press and other indepedent news websites says, “I am not aware of a collision where an aircraft is on a straight flight path, for a long time, on a clear night, and hits another aircraft essentially flying at the same altitude with massive landing and navigation lights illuminated.”

Wood notes the Black Hawk helicopter’s Pilot-in-Command, now identified as Captain Rebecca Lobach, “an apparent lesbian who attended pride events” who served as a White House social aide during Joe’s Biden Presidency and thus, there may have been a political motivation behind the attack and that, “the question at least needs to be investigated as to whether this was a suicide crash.”

I think that a cyber-hijacking is more likely, as described by Tore Maras, that, “Certain modifications could enable a Black Hawk to be remotely controlled against the pilots’ will. Sikorsky’s MATRIX™ autonomy system allows for optionally-piloted operation, meaning if hacked or overridden, control could be forcibly taken away.”

I’ve been de-platformed by X.com since January 2021, so I’m limited in what I can see there but a friend sent me a link to this whole other Rabbit Hole that is so bad, that I can’t even post the whole tweet:

George Webb: Hello everyone. Welcome to Black Hawk Takedown, Part Two.

I’m in a hotel [in San Diego]. I’m not far from the headquarters, operational headquarters of John Brennan, but I have no intention of going near John Brennan or, in any way interrupting or disrupting his life. And I feel perfectly happy and I’m not suicidal.

So I wanted to get those things out of the way, but we are on the trail of John Brennan and I’ll explain why I’m involved in these Continuity of Government operations. And what I did this morning was wrote a, a Substack about the Continuity of Government Operations. And this is the part of the story everyone’s missing.

And I think when you see the metadata laid-out, in just a slightly different way, it’ll all make sense, where it doesn’t make any sense, whatsoever right now.

So what I’ll first do is go to the, so there I am, proof of life. I’m alive, on Saturday, February 1st, 9:03 AM Pacific Time, not far from the Cabal headquarters with James Jameson and Dr Soon Shiong and Mr Brennan.

But unfortunately, I don’t have expensive hotel rooms and so forth. I don’t have expensive WiFi, but here’s the article. And I wanted to show how this patrolling of the Potomac has been since 9/11, has been a very routine, it’s dangerous, but it’s been a routine exercise.

And the idea is to have the Black Hawks, until we had better intelligence and until we, we had a Mass Formation Psychosis around 9/11 – so, that got us the Department of Homeland Security, that also got an umbrella group for all intelligence agencies, called the Office of Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) – but until we were able to get all those things going, the Black Hawk could intercept planes that were hijacked; that were intended for government targets.

Remember, 9/11 sets that’s for this, not, I’m going to just call it “Blackhawk Take Down” as the operation, not ‘Black Hawk Down’ but “Black Hawk Take Down”, where you use the Black Hawks to take down planes that have been hijacked by terrorists, that are being aimed at Government Buildings.

And the idea, here is you just have a constant vigil of Black Hawk helicopters patrolling the Potomac. And the reason why you intercept people over the Potomac…you shoot them down, the debris doesn’t hit the Government Buildings or it doesn’t hit houses. It doesn’t hit civilians. All the debris goes into the Potomac.

So that’s why this has to be on the course of the Potomac. There’s no choice, for Operation Black Hawk Takedown. So I’ll go to the Substack, here, really quickly and show you how true that is from the metadata.

So the idea again, shoot down the planes over the Potomac, right, before they hit the Government Buildings. And here is the Secretary Hegseth saying this, [s]he’s saying it’s “routine” and it’s “dangerous”. It’s a routine, dangerous mission and it’s for Continuity of Government.

Continuity of Government plans were all written by Dick Cheney, going into 9/11. The idea was for Continuity of Government missions. So he’s basically telling you “Attack Pattern”, right? You want the biggest cross-section, like a submarine attacking a battleship, right? You want the biggest cross section possible, not the smallest cross section possible.

You want the largest cross section possible. You have to take an evasive maneuver and then, approach the plane from a perpendicular point of view.

Now, they’re going to call these three different intercepts “evasive, crazy actions”, but I contest that. I say that the pilot was doing exactly what he was supposed to be doing.

Now, remember also, when it leaves 811 – that’s pretty close to 9/11, isn’t it? When it leaves 811 Lawton; leaves CIA headquarters and goes over the Saudi Arabian embassy. Remember our Saudi Arabia, let’s train with US pilots.

I’ve interviewed people who’ve gone to Fort Benning for the jump school, Fort Rucker, etc. Saudi Arabians train there. Remember, we had the shooting-down there, in Pensacola with the Saudi Arabian pilots, the Navy pilots.

They have this capability. We share this. John Brennan was in Saudi Arabia for 25 years.

Saudi Arabia was the key partner in 9/11, a false flag. If you remember the “19 Saudi hijackers”. It wasn’t 19, it was 16.

But you get the idea, here is, this unusual activity for a routine activity. They call it near the first crash, but I say it’s the first training run. You’re training two new guys.

You got an older experienced pilot, you got two young new guys, and you’re teaching them about Operation Black Hawk Take Down on the Potomac.

Second one, again, this is a head-on one. Again, you have a practice for an intercept. This could be a warning. Sometimes you fly directly at a plane, if you don’t have radio communications in a fly-by. And then the pilot goes, “Whoa, what’s going on? I’m doing something wrong. I’m in airspace that I shouldn’t be in.”

So, this could be a separate type of attack vector. Again, we don’t know because this is a Classified Operation, but it’s Black Hawk Take Down on the Potomac.

Here’s the third one. And again, they’re saying the pilot is making a “crazy, evasive maneuver”. But again, if you are trying to come at a perpendicular attack angle for launching a Hellfire missile or some air-to-air missile, this is completely explainable by a pilot.

Now the third, going over, when the plane goes over the Saudi Embassy and it’s thrown into drone mode, that means at any point along the way here, we can take now control of the plane remotely. That’s what drone mode means. That’s why they have drone mode on in pilot training sessions, because the pilot sometimes makes mistakes.

You don’t want them to crash the helicopter. You want to be able to take over. And that’s exactly what the flight data recorder is going to prove in this.

It’s not an erratic move. It’s the attack formation move, right? But again, nothing against this great researcher, Dunham, at all. I just want to say that I’m just reinterpreting his great data here in a different way.

Here’s another right angle move. Again, this is to set up an attack vector, right? You want to come in at that submarine to battleship 90 degree perpendicular angle to give you the most target to take out. And you want all this to fall in the Potomac.

You don’t want it to hit the Pentagon, right? The Pentagon, you see Pentagon City here. You can see the Pentagon just behind it. You don’t have a choice here.

This happened already. And this is a, the previous continuity of government attack established this Potomac patrol. Everyone’s asking the question, why did it try to do the other three planes before? And they’re trying to blame it on the pilot.

I’m not blaming on the pilot. I’m crediting the pilot for doing a great job in training these guys. He had no control over the last takeover in drone mode near the Pentagon, where the electronics around the Pentagon, you cannot believe to be able to take control of any airspace over the Pentagon.

So I’m going to jump back here really quick. I got a lot of comments, so I want to just get that first piece out. And I just want to say hello to everybody.

But the big idea, just to repeat, is since 9-11, since the first continuity of government exercise that created the Department of Homeland Security, it created ODNI, which is going to be the seat of government. COG operations are basically like torpedoes and they’re taking out pillars of the constitution. This is all outlined in a book I’ve said for the last eight years in a book called Raven Rock.

  • On his Substack in Part 1, he says “on 9/11 with the SPC autopilot, where a Boeing 757 negotiated a 330-degree hairpin turn to hit an office of auditors at the Pentagon”.

    As anyone with half a brain knows by now, no “Boeing 757” (with its 6-ton, titanium jet engines) hit the Pentagon and magically “VAPORIZED”, so either he is buck stupid or else only truthful “on a need to be” basis.

    {More likely a drone – capable of launching a cruise missile – negotiated the turn (to line up the missile shot) and flew over the building.}

    This midair collision looked like the opening sequence of that new movie:

  • I never trusted George Webb. Other reporters like him were “dealt with” & he still walks around. If you want to think of true evil, consider this: Milley must be scared and p*ssed at Trump, etc. and p*ssed about being scared. BTW it’s all his own fault for being a traitor. That helo aimed right for that plane, no slow down, no try at any shift. I can believe human/pilot error—there were a lot of lights and tower lights around, could have gotten confused. But what if somebody DID take over the helo, just to cause a crash because the one giving the order was p*ssed? Trying to make Hegseth, Trump, anybody else look bad? People cannot fathom how evil, narcissistic, and insane these people are. After cleaning up the DOJ, they need to work on the Pentagon.
    One of these men is a liar. My husband flew the Chesapeake Bay for 30 years as a fish spotter pilot. He said military aircraft routinely used commercial airports for touch-and-gos, landings, etc. up & down the Bay. WHY? Why are taxpayers paying for all these bases? They communicate on UHF, commercial on VHF, which is ridiculous when they go through commercial airspace. Lots wrong with ALL of it. The military has designated restricted airspace that NOBODY is allowed to enter without permission.

    • George is very close to the truth but he dances around it, either because he doesn’t want to breach his Oath or because he’s a disinformant.

      The part about Brennan succeeding Cheney as, essentially the acting Field Marshal in the War Against America feels right to me – but as I say, I can’t confirm any of this. I also pointed out how a potentially more reliable source (albeit, one who does not use his name or show his face) directly contradicted George about “training missions at night” over the Potomac.

      All of this and COG are extremely secretive things and I’ve never worked in the government or been in the military, let alone had a security clearance but I do want to help and I think these open-source observations that I’ve curated from all of these people is more helpful towards understanding what’s happening than anything you’ll find in the mainstream media or from the Trump administration, who immediately blamed DEI.

      Personally, I think the DEI comments were a distraction from a very serious and terrifying situation, where the Administrative State, that has been allowing our infrastructure to degrade through intentional neglect is actively committing acts of terror on US Soil.

      My gut tells me that DEI may have played a role or been exploited, here but I don’t think it was the cause of what happened, here.

      Peter and Ginger Breggin make a strong case that the Air Traffic Control personnel at DCA were unqualified, at best.

      They write:

      “If the FAA air controllers had been paying any attention, their casual communications with each pilot, minutes before the crash, should have turned into frantic emergency warnings to both pilots; but none were made. It’s clear that the controllers originally noticed the airplane and the helicopter were close enough to be warned about each other’s presence, but after that the controllers must have stopped paying any attention to the obviously dangerous situation taking place so close to them. To deny any culpability on the part of those in the control tower seems clearly motivated to protect grossly woke hiring and administrative practices of the previous administration.

      “How Did the Air Traffic Control Tower Respond to the Impending Nearby Collision?

      “Essentially nothing happened in the control tower in the seconds before the great ball of fire burst over the airport in front of their eyes. The air traffic controllers simply did not see the tragedy unfolding right there in front of their eyes and on their instruments in that clear evening sky.”

  • In response to Trumps comment about the helecopter going straight into the airliner, if you look closely at one of the views it appears to increase its elevatation slightly and then level off just before impact. Very suspicious, but does it matter?

    Does it matter that control is understaffed due to the personell hole created by mandatory mRNA injections?

    Everything matters, but let us not become distracted away from the main thing—the insane dangerous added intersection in the middle of the final approach corridor to runway 133. Who put it there? We may never know how many near misses have occurred there before. This needs to be tattooed on our brains lest we forget, runway 133 is a short runway for large aircraft requiring more precise pilot/contol guidance making it necessary to cross over the helecopter corridor. This much alone should send up red flares, but it’s even worse, much worse. Look how close to the river that the end of 133 is to the river. Large aircraft need to touch down as early as possible to keep from punching off the other end of the runway! Hence the final approach corridor is naturally going to be low over the river. How low?

    The answer we now know is: “325 feet plus or minus 25 feet”! What is the authorized ceiling of the helecopter corrdor? 200 feet, leaving only 125 plus or minus 25 feet max between an airliner on final and an underpassing helecopter. Tell me this isn’t insane. Apparently thats all permissible in unstable air currents. Insane by design! Corridors are not paved with asphalt, and these corridors have no traffic lights at their intersection. We must grasp this and not let it slip through our fingers in a flury of conjectures!

    The USG lavishes billions and billions on foriegn aid and foriegn wars while American infrastructure is a hodge poge patch work of sometimes hair brained creations like this. We do know from experience how local dangerous road intersections are tolerated until enough people lose their lives. Same ole, same ole in DC. This reeks of politics and money!

    Either runway 133 or the helicopter corridor need to be shut down permanently until this risk is eliminated and no make do patches tolerated.

    • Reagan is right next to Crystal City. It’s more convenient for government workers because it’s closer to the Capitol. Reagan should be designated military/government only, no commercial traffic. Expand Dulles or build another airport.
