This footage — taken at night from the Brazilian coast — shows a swarm of UFOs and then what may be one of these objects exploding into smaller pieces and falling down.
Could these by pyrotechnics on balloons, rigged to fall once they reach a certain altitude? Some people believe that these are just lanterns.
