Here’s an artistically-rendered documentary made in the wonderful, bygone pre-9/11 era of the mid-1990s, back when SyFy was still called the Sci-Fi Channel.
The feature-length film includes interviews with President Jimmy Carter, top astronauts and other credible witnesses about their UFO experiences, with original Freedom of Information Act UFO footage, trippy visual effects and a Techno music score, produced during the Golden Age of Techno, when that genre of music was actually still good.
