In a remote mountain valley in Hessdalen, Norway, strange lights move along the treetops. Scientists have arrived there to take a look at what was happening.
Some of the best UFO footage available to the public was captured in 1999 by a 24-hour permanent UFO observatory established in Hessdalen by Ostvold University. It is the only such observatory on the planet.
