In the U.N. Charter, you cannot have the president and the Senate through the treaty process take the power of Congress, including the House, and give it to the Security Council or to other NATO countries.
That’s exactly what President Obama did by going to the Security Council for Libya war authorization. That’s totally unconstitutional.
The House Judiciary Committee should hold impeachment hearings because President Obama has been taking our country to war without congressional approval.
