Wesley Clark: “Our Friends and Allies Funded ISIS to Destroy Hezbollah”

Thanks to a February 2015 CNN interview with Gen. Wesley Clarke (Ret.), it was already publicly confirmed that “our friends and allies funded ISIS,” and with humanitarian aid from the US, UK and UN allegedly designated for Syrians displaced from their hometowns being airdropped into ISIS-controlled areas.
