The Gateway Pundit reports that the FTX scandal is only getting started.  Another cryptocurrency by the name of Tether is also on the brink of failing and it’s now become evident that both FTX and Tether have been tools of the Deep State. 

A week ago, it came out that FTX was used as a money laundering scheme in Ukraine where money sent there was sent back to US politicians. Revolver.News added more to this story earlier this week, saying that FTX may not be the largest cryptocurrency-related entity to collapse in the coming months.  

Tether, is what is known as a “stablecoin”, which is a cryptocurrency that, instead of fluctuating in value, is intended to hold to a consistent price. One Tether is supposed to be equal in value to one US dollar. While most cryptocurrencies are wildly speculative and backed by essentially nothing, each Tether is supposed to be backed directly by a US dollar, or an extremely liquid, reliable investment like a US treasury bond. Tether has the third highest market capitalization of any crypto currency, at $66 billion, trailing only Bitcoin and Ethereum. Today, fully half of all Bitcoin trades globally are being executed using Tether.

Revolver.News reports that Alameda Research, the FTX affiliate, founded and operated by FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried and his partner in crime, Caroline Ellison was one of two firms responsible for “seeping” Tether into the crypto ecosystem.

And again, Alameda Research is the quantitative trading firm that allegedly propped up their trading firm by plundering FTX customer accounts.

The inner workings of Tether remain remarkably opaque. New Tethers are supposed to only be minted, and added to the crypto ecosystem, when somebody gives Tether Limited dollars to create them. And if that’s how it all worked, Tether would be fine.

However, there is no evidence that Tether stablecoins are backed by the store of tangible assets that is supposed to justify their value. 

Shockingly, Tether has never been audited.  No one knows if Tether, which has a $68 billion market value is really backed by the dollar.

If Tether is not actually backed by the dollars that it claims and if Tether is pumping out new Tethers without actually taking in an equal amount of US dollars, then it is essentially a privately-run money printer.

Revolver also says that the founder of Tether is “a washed-up former child actor involved in a sex scandal with underaged minors that quietly dissipated without charges.”

But the strange thing about it is that US government-backed rebels in Myanmar are using Tether as their currency of choice.  It also just so happens that the al-Qaeda-affiliated Sunni rebel groups of Syria also love Tether.

Tether is not just the cryptocurrency of choice for US-backed rebel groups, it has also become a favorite of drug cartels, which are known to be intertwined with US intelligence agencies, like the CIA.

When the US Government placed sanctions on Tornado Cash, a crypto service that assists in concealing the transfer of crypto funds, Tether ignored that sanction. One might expect that defiance to draw the wrath of US regulators. Yet when the Washington Post looked into the matter, regulators seemed surprisingly unbothered.

Naturally, Tether is being used in Ukraine. Demand for Tether skyrocketed in Ukraine right after the Russian military operation began in February of this year and Ukrainian charities made appeals for Tether-based donations. All of this was aided by Tether’s special advantage for use in money laundering, according to Bloomberg.

Revolver goes on to describe the close relationship between Tether and FTX.  What really is going on, here?

Larry Johnson, at The Gateway Pundit believes that FTX may have inadvertently started the demolition of the Deep State. He writes that  the unfolding scandal of the collapse of FTX is not just some minor financial disaster. This is global and is going to ensnare many seemingly smart people who mistakenly believed that if you engaged in cyber currency transactions you could hide from law enforcement. Whoops!! They apparently did not take the time to understand blockchain. The security of blockchain will be their undoing.

James Howard Kunstler, who’s been one of my favorite writers for 20 years, since I started following his architecture blog did an excellent piece on how FTX is connected to the Ukraine disaster and that helps you understand the political and financial incest that is rampant in the United States, quote:

“The Bankman-Fried extended family is the quintessence of Woke aristocracy. Dad Joe Bankman and mom Barbara Fried are both law professors at Stanford. She also acted as a money-bundler for the Democratic Party and ran two non-profit “voter registration” orgs (against the IRS laws which only permit non-partisan organized voter registration). Brother Gabe Bankman-Fried headed a non-profit named Guarding Against Pandemics (funded by Sam), which lobbies Congress to construct new platforms for medical tyranny. 

“Aunt Linda Fried is Dean of Columbia U’s Public Health school, and is associated with Johns Hopkins, which ran the October 2019 Event 201 pandemic drill (sponsored by the Gates Foundation) months before the Covid-19 outbreak.

“Sam’s girlfriend, Caroline Ellison ran the Alameda Investments arm of the FTX empire (that is, FTX’s own money laundromat). Her dad, Glenn Ellison, is chair of MIT’s Econ School. His former colleague on the MIT Econ faculty, Gary Gensler, who specialized in blockchains there is now head of the Securities and Exchange Commission, an agency that Sam Bankman-Fried was attempting to rope into a regulation scheme to eliminate FTX’s crypto-currency competitors. Caroline’s mom, Sara Fisher Ellison, is an MIT economics professor specializing in the pharmaceutical industry (fancy that!). Caroline Ellison is currently on-the-run.

“The sum total of all this professional and academic accomplishment is also the quintessence of Woke-Jacobin turpitude in service to a political faction that seeks maximum moneygrubbing while acting to overthrow every norm of behavior in the conduct of elections, and perhaps in American life, generally. That’s some accomplishment. It’s also a lesson in why the managerial elite of our country are no longer trustworthy. They have gotten away with crimes against the nation for years, which has only made them bolder and more reckless.”

As investigators unravel this web of corruption do not be surprised if Hillary and Bill Clinton, and some of their acolytes, emerge as key players in the deception and fraud.

And speaking of the Clintons, how do pedophile blackmail operations tie into a crypto slush fund? John Perez joined Man in America’s Seth Holehouse on October 14th to explain.

John Perez has been triggering HODLrs with his talk of a “crypto conspiracy” for a while and he’s long maintained that you’ll find Jeffrey Epstein at the bottom of much in the crypto space.

John claims, “It was Joi Ito, who was a tech guy at MIT who actually worked with Epstein to help create Bitcoin. Nobody’s talking about this story.”

I’d never heard that before. The identity of the inventor of Bitcoin is a secret. The mysterious inventor is often referred to as a Japanese man named “Satoshi Nakamoto”.

Joichi “Joi” Ito is also Japanese and a former director of the MIT Media Lab. Jeffrey Epstein gave a LOT of money to MIT.

Following the exposure of his personal and professional financial ties to Jeffrey Epstein, Joi Ito resigned from his roles at MIT, Harvard, the John D and Catherine T MacArthur Foundation, the Knight Foundation, PureTech Health, and The New York Times Company in 2019.

John Perez says the way dinosaur media is talking about the FTX scandal is as if it’s about a “business deal gone awry” but he says it’s MUCH bigger than that. He says, “We are on the cusp of the end of the Biden administration…We’re going to go into Nuremberg trials, we’re going to go into COVID war crimes, we’re looking at Crimes Against Humanity. This story is about to blow open…”

He says he believes there’s a military operation monitoring all of this and the reason they’re not stopping it is because they want to get everybody, down to the foot soldiers, so they’re letting it play out.

He also says he thinks that the reason why certain big institutions, like Fidelity promoted Bitcoin was because their leadership had been forced to do it, because they’d been blackmailed by Jeff Epstein.

FTX is twice the size of Enron and in John’s opinion, the entire crypto operation, is going to lead to pedophiles, pedophiles and more pedophiles, Deep State, oligarchs, RINOs. 

He asks, was that money used in the biolabs in Ukraine? Because then, we’d be talking war crimes, Crimes Against Humanity. Vladimir Putin and the Russian government are now presenting their case to the UN and in that case, it’s showing that the UN has been discredited, because they ignored all these war crimes, the bombing of civilians and much of that money coming from Bitcoin was used to purchase weapons that were used against civilians…

He says these YouTubers and FTX promoters may find themselves connected by one degree of separation with war criminals who were buying weapons and blowing up civilians and biolabs and bioweapons that were against the Russian people. 

John also believes that no cryptocurrency exchange will survive and that the Bitcoin price will go to $4,200. 

The Cointelegraph reports that the three former FTX executives, as well as Alameda Research CEO Caroline Ellison, are looking for ways to flee to Dubai. While the plan was made assuming that the United States doesn’t have any extradition treaties with the UAE, the nations signed a mutual legal assistance treaty (MLAT) back on Feb. 24, 2022, to work against criminals.

“Right now three of them, Sam, Gary, and Nishad are under supervision in the Bahamas, which means it will be hard for them to leave,” said the source, who asked to remain anonymous. The source has also revealed that Ellison is currently in Hong Kong, adding that means “she might be able to get to Dubai.”

However, FTX members attempting to reach Dubai will get detained at the airport and sent straight back to the United States, because the extradition laws were changed.

The Daily Caller reports that Biden has signed the G20 declaration to impose a vaxxine passport, agreeing to “build on the success” of global vaccine passports, in a joint communique signed by Group of 20 leaders in Bali, Indonesia, on Wednesday. 

(Is he talking about the successful protests all over Europe that shut the vaccine passports down in most of the EU)?

Biden met with world leaders at the G20 global summit on November 15-16 to propose high-level policy solutions for economic problems facing countries around the world, including climate change and the prospect of recurring global pandemics. The forum culminated in the G20 Bali Leader’s Declaration that supported international vaccine technology sharing and the institution of “trusted global digital health networks” in an effort to improve future pandemic responses.

“We acknowledge the importance of shared technical standards and verification methods, under the framework of the International Health Regulations, to facilitate seamless international travel, interoperability, and recognizing digital solutions and non-digital solutions, including proof of vaccinations,” G20 leaders said in the declaration.

The World Health Organization’s International Health Regulations mandate, which came into force in 2007, required countries to strengthen health documentation at border crossings and introduced the concept of international vaccination certificates.

“We support continued international dialogue and collaboration on the establishment of trusted global digital health networks as part of the efforts to strengthen prevention and response to future pandemics, that should capitalize and build on the success of the existing standards and digital COVID-19 certificates,” the joint declaration reads.

Back in May of 2021, the Biden administration had shot down rumors the White House would order federal vaccine passports, however, the G20’s recent declaration, which summit host, Indonesian President Joko Widodo insisted be unanimous, appeared to support international vaccination mandates.

The Konnech election machine software case is a numbing portrait of a captured United States national security apparatus. Harry the Greek, at NewsOthersMiss.com reports that in the hearing last week, Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge, Victoria Wilson ordered all of the evidence being held by the LA District Attorney returned in the Eugene Yu case. Eugene Yu is the CEO of Konnech, the China-based company has contracts to run voting machine systems in thousands of Election Boards throughout the US.

There was another hearing Tuesday and as of this writing, I have not seen any report on what occurred there but Harry the Greek predicted that Judge Wilson will stop the investigation into Eugene Yu by the Los Angeles District Attorney, because by her already having ordered the return of the seized evidence back to the defendant last week, the case against Yu vanishes as if he did nothing wrong.

Yu was charged last month with conspiracy and embezzling $2,640,000 from Los Angeles County for sending data to China. What data? They no longer have the evidence.

What was the seized evidence? Yu’s passport and an encrypted device with 350 terabytes of data. That’s enough to store the data of every registered voter in the country – plus plenty to spare for the rest of the world, including the 56 countries where the UN’s Carter Center has been rigging elections, like in Brazil.

Yu’s $500,000 cash bond was returned on November 9th. Yu is now free to leave the country with his wife, Donna Wang and return to China.

Did a Federal judge halt his investigation? No. There was no need to, because neither the FBI nor the Justice Department has an open investigation into the data transfer of all registered voters in the US to China.

The Carter Center is part of the United Nations. They “observe” elections in Alaska, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, New Mexico, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

Harry says that nearly everyone in Los Angeles County, California had their personal data, including their medical history, sent to China. In addition, most of the rest of the country had it happen to them, too.

The data is in the encrypted device was being held by Luke Sisak, Prosecutor for the people of Los Angeles, who leads a team of prosecutors and criminal investigators who were trying to put Eugene Yu in jail.

The defense wanted the device returned and excluded as evidence. The prosecutor wanted the device opened by order of the court but Judge Wilson was apparently been paid-off by China and/or the Feds (what’s the difference, at this point?) and ordered the device returned to Yu.

In the meantime, Harry says that LA’s data breach has never been fixed and it never will be, because Konnech has a permanent “back door” in its software that gives China and others access to Konnech’s data, anytime. This was admitted to, in emails by Konnech’s Project Manager for LA County, Luis Nabergoi Puente, which prosecutors submitted to a Judge in order to get the arrest warrant for Yu.

Luis is also a contractor in Barcelona, Spain for Scytl, another voting systems company with control of 50 million votes in 20 states, which was made infamous by the breakthrough and eminently important film, ’ShadowGate’, which everyone hearing this must go watch, if you haven’t already.

Harry says Konnech has one employee—Eugene Yu. The rest are independent contractors. Yu has no control over their work product. Contractors can leak Election Board data anywhere, anytime to anyone.

So, what can one person do? Harry suggests that we can Stop the steals with data theft claims.

Harry says we can file an insurance claim for breach of contract for theft of personal data sent to China caused by cyber breaches by an insolvent company. 

First, make a public information request for a copy of the Board of Elections’ contract with Konnech and for other liability or umbrella policies. Find out what public officials are bonded for theft, malfeasance, or breach of duty in office, and for how much? Then ask how to file a claim. In the case of Los Angeles County, you can file a claim with the General Counsel and/or the Prosecutor of the Civil (non-criminal) Branch.

In Los Angeles, Dawyn Ranae Harrison is the General Counsel for the County of Los Angeles. Her picture appears to be scrubbed from the Internet. Harrison’s staff has over 300 attorneys.

Dawyn is in charge of all non-criminal claims affecting the people and government of Los Angeles County.

Harry says these bureaucrats delay your requests for public information for weeks. Then months, so he says to get answers now, show up in person and wait. Anticipate spending all day sitting there. Then file a claim yourself by calling the insurance companies’ fraud department. They will open up an investigation in less than a week.

Name every person on the Board of Elections staff as a co-conspirator and watch them turn into whistleblowers to save their jobs.

First, what is the coverage? Two million dollars. Secondly, does the policy cover cyber security breaches? Yes. Thirdly, can the contract be canceled or terminated because Konnech closed down its US headquarters in East Lansing, Michigan on October 14th? Yes.

Fourthly, who else has data access? There are other LA County vendors like Scytl with access to the personal data of everyone living in Los Angeles. 

Scytl? Another is voting machine companies with headquarters in Barcelona, Spain. Scytl software collects data from other voting systems like Dominion. Scytl says its voter systems are used in 28 US states in 980 elections.

What Harry might not know is what researchers from Americans for Innovation discovered back in 2021, that Scytl’s technology was originally developed by CENTCOM, the US military’s central command for operations in the Middle East, located in Tampa, Florida.

Sadly, they determined that CENTCOM helped to orchestrated the theft of the 2020 and 2022 Elections. CENTCOM founded Scytl USA, LLC in 2009 and in 2010, they transferred 100% of the ownership to the Spanish corporation, Scytl Election Technologies, S.A. That, alone should have been enough to overturn the 2020 election. On October 30th, 2020, the Spanish Scytl merged into the British Paragon Group Limited, while claiming they had gone bankrupt, which wasn’t really true.

Paragon has 118 subsidiaries. Paragon is based in Malta.

Harry continues, saying there are several layers of insurance in county governments. At the top is the General Liability coverage for the County Government. 

Below that, is the Board of Elections. They have a policy, too. Then there should be one between the Election Board and the company that sold them their voting machine system. There are at least three different insurance companies covering the same thing. Start at the top and go down. The County’s general liability or umbrella policy has to cover the gaps in coverage.

You can file claims with a carrier who has the County’s General Liability coverage, with the County Board of Elections and with the policy between the county agency who signed the contract with Konnech or other voting machine company.

Arizona Attorney General’s Office Fires Off Letter to Maricopa County Regarding 2022 Midterm Election Day Irregularities

The letter is signed by Jennifer Wright, the Assistant Attorney General from the state of Arizona.

In the letter, Jennifer Wright explains that the Attorney General’s Elections Integrity Unit has received HUNDREDS of complaints by concerned citizens pertaining to issues related to the administration of the 2022 General Election in Maricopa County. The complaints include first-hand accounts from witnesses raising concerns regarding Maricopa’s lawful compliance with Arizona election code.

The Attorney General’s office also includes how at least 60 voting locations out of 230 in the county had tabulators and printing machines that were not working on Election Day.

The AG’s office states that the machines were allegedly working the night before the election but that 25-30 percent of the machines were down just hours later, on Election Day morning.

The Attorney General’s office demands that Maricopa County provide a comprehensive report about each of their detailed and long list of equipment failures, which must be completed by Monday November 28, 2022.

Despite the fact that Katie Hobbs has already assembled her transition team, Kari Lake has declared that she will be the next Arizona governor once the matter of the broken machines is resolved.

In Brazil election theft news, President Jair Bolsonaro Tuesday officially contested the Brazilian election results.

The leader of President Jair Bolsonaro’s Liberal Party, spoke during a press conference this evening regarding an investigation carried out by the party pointing out inconsistencies in voting machines used in the general elections, in Brasilia, Brazil, Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2022. Bolsonaro is contesting his defeat in the October election and calling on the electoral authority to annul votes cast on most of the nation’s electronic voting machines, citing a software bug that other experts have said didn’t affect results. 

Such an action would leave Bolsonaro with 51% of the remaining valid votes — and a reelection victory, according to Marcelo de Bessa, the lawyer who filed the 33-page request on behalf of the president and his Liberal Party.

Party leader Valdemar Costa and an auditor hired by the party told reporters in Brasilia that their evaluation found all machines dating from before 2020 — nearly 280,000 of them, or about 59% of the total used in the Oct. 30 runoff — lacked individual identification numbers in internal logs.

Immediately afterward, Alexandre de Moraes, who presides over the electoral authority, said the court would not consider the complaint unless the party offers a new report within 24 hours that would include results from the first electoral round on Oct. 2, in which the Liberal Party won more seats in both congressional houses than any other.

Brazilian Journalist Allan Dos Santos told Brannon Howse that, “the Brazilian military is just waiting for Bolsonaro to give the order to arrest (Judge Alexandre de) Moraes and restore law and order”. Dos Santos said that Jair Bolsonaro, his son Eduardo and family are “in danger” but the military are “very patriotic and not in the hands of the Communists yet.”
