Doesn’t seem like a very efficient delivery mechanism. Well according to this article the drones are spraying the same poison chemicals as the Chemtrails airplanes.
And can also possibly cause malfunctioning of electricity with an EMP device on some drones.

I have a few questions:
1. why are they glowing? Had they wanted them stealthy, they could have easily achieve that.
So, I suppose they want everyone to notice them. Why is that?
2. Now, when they spray, it is clear that these are not holograms, but physical stuff (objects) and they are clearly not from outer space because the technology is easily available on Earth
What I saw one day though is mind-blowing. I saw a couple of bowling balls flying at about hundred feet above ground. They did not have wings or propellers, there was only a smooth trace of smoke getting out of them from their back (the opposite side of the direction they were flying towards). So they were powered by a thermal engine but they produced absolutely no noise. They had a constant speed and were at constant distance from one another.
