The amazing Todd Callender joins Sarah Westall to talk about how world governments got together for the Cairo Accords at the 1994 International Conference on Population and Development, where they all agreed to kill their own populations.
The COVID Hoax and the Death Shot were “legitimized” by this accord, although their development had already officially begun 24 years earlier, as detailed by Bill Cooper in his book, ‘Behold a Pale Horse’, published in 1991.
Bill Cooper explained how ‘The Global 2000 Report for President Jimmy Carter’ published in 1980 had taken the findings of the Club of Rome’s ‘Limits to Growth’ report of 1972 and applied them to public policy.
The Club of Rome is a World Economic Forum/United Nations/Black Nobility/Nazi operation. They decried population growth, saying it was the worst thing possible and they caused the US Government to make depopulation a primary goal of public policy.
However, Bill Cooper demonstrated that the US Government was already well on their way to implementing it in secret. He wrote:
“Funding was obtained from the U.S. Congress under House Bill 15090 (in 1969), where $10 million was given to the DOD’s 1970 budget. Testimony before the Senate Committee revealed that they intended to produce [quote,] “a synthetic biological agent, an agent that does not naturally exist and for which no natural immunity could have been acquired. Within the next 5 to 10 years it would probably be possible to make a new infective microorganism which could differ in certain important aspects from any known disease-causing organisms. Most important of these is that it might be refractory to the immunological and therapeutic processes upon which we depend to maintain our relative freedom from infectious disease.”
The project that produced the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) was called MK-NAOMI and it was carried out at Fort Detrick, Maryland. SARS-CoV-2 contains HIV. It’s all part of this same depopulation project and “public health” has since been transformed into a military operation.
As Todd says:
“When six magic words are uttered: a Public Health Emergency of International Concern [PHEIC], Lo and Behold! All of your human rights are suspended…Those six magic words revoked your human rights and your Constitutional rights. They made this whole thing into a military operation.”
This is obviously criminal, which is why, as Todd explains, none of the Biden Regime’s main cabinet members has a signed oath of office, which is required by law.
Sarah asks, “So, how do we get ourselves out of this?” and Todd replies, “Because we say, ‘No.’…The operative word is ‘No’.
“They can’t force 7 billion people to do anything and that’s why they made getting rid of us a military operation – and, by the way, they failed! We’re still here.”

I guess the part that has me completely baffled is that the super elites took the vax. I am assuming the deaths and cancers of so many of the enormously wealthy people are vax related. I think three of the Rothschilds died in the duration of the pandemic when the vaccine was available. Queen Elizabeth and Philipp, although they were old, but so were the Rothschilds. King Charles and Kate Middleton for sure took it quite publically. George Soros appears to have had a stroke. No question he took it, you know the very special kind as he called it. The people in the banking industry—I mean they were first in line—the Goldman Sachs, etc. The whole state of Israel—remember. The Saudi and all those wealthy oil magnates really went for it. If this was really a top down manipulation why did so many of them take it. Maybe the Chinese didn’t take it and that would have been a very clever coup—really. The man behind the curtain may have known the weakness of these elites, always wanting to be first in line, never wanting to be vulnerable. And Hilary Clinton, and Obummer himself—he wouldn’t even let anyone around him who wasn’t vaxxed. Hollywood went completely vaxxed to the max. A lot of those people took four before the mandates began to expire. The entire of the Silicon Valley—Santa Clarita County—vaxxed to the max. Mill Valley and Marine county vaxxed to the max. All I can say is if Greert Van Den Bosche is right People magazine will have nothing but empty pages—they will all be gone, all of them.
This is all too much for my bead-like brain to absorb quickly. I am withdrawing to my Galt Cave to pray.

Is it true that people who got the nRNA Covid shot are no longer legally classed as human in the United States ?
If true, legal references to specific laws would be appreciated. The history and time line of the process resulting in this legal decision would also be very helpful.

Love this. I have close friends who live on University south of Belleview. I vacated Denver (Iliff and Dayton Way) a few years ago after living in Colorado for several decades. I miss the great view of the mountains from Arapahoe road but I was forced to leave back in 2017 when my deeded parking space, at the condo I owned, became a home for a car load of homeless people (no on street parking).

I would hardly agree with “uplifting”. They will not give up on their programs because they have put so many resources into the plan since early 1900s. Hope is an empty promise. Action is necessary to deal with the filth.
The root of evil is the power and control exercised by billionaires around the world. And trillionaire as well that we never speak of. The point is that they must be crushed and new laws put in place that limit personal wealth and limits control that rich fuchs have just just because of their wealth. That must be stopped firstly, and safeguards put in place to ensure that no one is filthy rich (>100 million?? 10 million??) It is the lust for money, and subsequently control over our lives. I know two men who went to the courthouse and signed the papers to become an American National, and later the IRS made their lives hell. I can’t remember the name of the IRS attorney, but I saw him at a 911 conference in CA in 2006, and he represented one of my friends when the IRS came after him. This attorney told my friend that becoming an American National put a target on his back. A woman I know who is a Anna Reitz follower and is an American National got a speeding ticket and she wasn’t able to get out of paying the fine.
