Wal Thornhill of the Thunderbolts Project, which fosters the non-Big Bang, non-Einsteinian theory of Plasma Cosmology aka the “Electric Universe” model, systematically demolishes the recent hullabaloo made by “official” cosmologists, that gravitational waves had been “discovered”.
He chalks this up to fundraising efforts by the parties involved. I’d add that the powers that be don’t really want people to know how gravity, a function of spacetime works, at all.
