Former intelligence contractor, Tore Maras tells a “story” about how the CIA went to Hugo Chávez in 2004 with Dominion Voting Systems technology and they got him to agree to use the Venezuelan elections to fine-tune and to test the AI, with the help of other countries’ intelligence agencies.
In exchange, Chávez got to stay in power.
A few years later, Chávez realized that he had been trapped and he soon found himself dying of a fast-acting cancer.
Tore explains, “The algorithm was developed totally under another name [OpTech?]…”
She describes a special division created within the Department of Homeland Security to act as a bridge between DHS and the CIA. It’s not clear to me if she means CISA but she says that CISA is dictated to from above, by government contractors.
She says, “Dominion already knows that CISA has the f***ing keys to the trap door and that’s because they got caught, because CISA’s the one that runs the damned audits on the escrow of the source code, which means your own government has the f***ing keys and I’ve got the name of the dude that runs it. But that’ll come out, at some point.
“See, that’s the problem. I have names and I have evidence.
“And yet, here we are, talking about ballots being moved around and algorithms being wrong, when we already know who he is and I can’t get any motherf***er to prosecute him.
“This is why I find everything so futile. It almost feels like someone’s trying to milk it to the point where it all comes back to what I said:
“The set-up by the Obama administration; they did it – I said it – the set-up to hold President Trump responsible in case he won, in case Tore just appeared out of nowhere and found where these keys were being used.
“But she didn’t, this time. She did in 2016, though.
“So everything that’s being done, in essence, is futile, not so much because it’s not good to show all the facets but when there’s a direct shot and it’s evident, with evidence, with names, details and documents. Not manufactured. Actual sh*t that has paper trails that no one’s seen – in fact, my attorney saw it three weeks ago for the first time, even though I had provided it to his possession a very, very long time ago, he just doesn’t read everything all the time.
“And for me, I struggled with all this rage, like I want revenge more than I want justice and I want the revenge, not on those that perpetuated the situation on the evil side but the ones who perpetuated it, in dragging-out and demoralizing, by stabbing hope; up, down, up, down, peak and trough, when it could have been over with almost instantly.
“Because there isn’t one American within our borders that would be OK with knowing that the Department of Homeland Security can select every single individual that serves – I mean, governs – the People.
“That’s a fact. And if that was made public, it doesn’t matter if your electors were fake and bought-out, just like the AFL-CIO document said they would. It doesn’t matter if you had 2,000 or 200,001 mules.
“It doesn’t matter if you ran a Dominion, a Hart IntercCvic or any other machine.
“It doesn’t matter. The bottom line is the Government owns your vote. That’s what matters.
“And what we saw after the 2016 Election, because they couldn’t wrap their head around, ‘Damn, that bitch. She took that center out,
that bitch! We can’t take her out, because we don’t know how many people have this.’
“So, Barack Hussein Obama put another thing in gear. And see, a lot of people are starting to see it…
“I have to believe that it was done this way so that people can see self-preservation, so people can see dildos, like [Brian] Cates,
parading around, ‘Omigod! Over-collection of 702s!’
“Get the f*** out of here! Been talking about that sh*t for 5 years! Now it’s a revelation? Get out of here! That’s the state of stupidity.
“You see, that is where the majority of America sits, on thinking this is new information, when I’ve told you have everything you need. You have everything you need. You know everything, already.
“So I guess the purpose of this is to show you that there are people that will milk the shit out of your hope, rather than stop what’s going on. And in that sense, I believe it is a good lesson for all.”
