The Worst Experience We Have Ever Had in China

While poking around YouTube the other day, I got sucked into a powerful vortex that had me binge watching videos made by two young men with a combined total of 4 YouTube channels, Winston “SerpentZA” Sterzel from South Africa and American Matthew “C-Milk” Tye. They’ve each been living and working in China for about a decade and they’re both married to Chinese women. They sell their hand-built motorcycles out of a shop in Shenzhen, a large city not far from Hong Kong.

Some people may know them from their 2016 roadtrip movie, ‘Conquering Southern China’, of which they’re currently finishing the sequel.

Their posts are amusing slices of life that are a full immersion in China. The style is whimsical, random and intimate. I’m hooked.
