This is Part 2 of Alexander Gentelev’s excellent documentary about the amazing story of how Vladimir Putin almost single-handedly crushed the 100-odd Russian oligarchs who had rushed in, to take control of everything that wasn’t nailed down in the vast territory that had formerly been known as the Soviet Union, during the 1990s.
