Jake Lang has been in custody since January 16, 2021 and he recently launched “The Political Prisoner Podcast” that streams live from his jail cell solitary confinement at the Alexandria Detention Center. He is joined by Micki Witthoeft, the mother of Ashli Babbitt, the Air Force veteran who was murdered in cold blood on January 6th by Capitol Police officer Lt Mike Byrd.
Jake, himself was nearly killed on January 6th when he was gassed and smothered in a huge pile of people after the Capitol Police attacked Trump supporters outside the US Capitol. While Jake was buried under the pile, Capitol police continued to push protesters on top of him.
He was next to Rosanne Boyland who was killed by police when they trampled her and pushed Trump protesters on top of her.
He also saw Philip Anderson’s limp body laying next to Rosanne Boyland. Jake was able to pull Anderson to safety and save his life.

Case Status
Lang was arrested on 1/16/21. He plead not guilty on 2/9. A status conference was held on 11/4. Another status conference takes place on 12/9. Lang was offered a plea deal, which would have granted him 9 years in prison. He refused. Lang remains committed. His last status Conference was held on 5/4. Pre-trial conference takes place on 12/19/22 in courtroom 19, DC District Court. Jury Trial set for 1/9/2023 at 09:00 AM in Courtroom 19- In Person before Judge Carl J. Nichols.

I think he may have done more than one. I know the Gateway Pundit is sponsoring and/or facilitating the production. I don’t know if they have any agreement with the detention facility to record the conversations. I do know that he is still in jail and looking at serious time.

Yeah… There is always somebody right away who automatically starts whining… “This smells funny”! I’m not gonna listen to that… It probably has some kind of brain washing…If I listen… They could make me be a MAGA TRUMP SUPPORTER… OMG!!! Keep it away from me!!!
