The good people at the world’s shadiest corporation, Lockheed Martin, show off their amazing manned (or unmanned) transporter/intelligence-gatherer. Able to stay at four miles up for weeks on end, their P-791 Hybrid Air Vehicle, they say, will transform the way that NATO can clearly view the theater of war. By itself, it can’t be any less cost-effective than the Afghan War in general.
