The young Mouthy Buddha sets his formidable audiovisual skills on the touchy subjects of the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), chemtrails and geoengineering and whether or not the HAARP facility in Gakona, Alaska is an installation that was built to conduct weather warfare.
He begins this Part 1 of his investigation with a healthy dose of skepticism, repeating the oft-heard sentiment, “Wouldn’t the malevolent pilots all over the world have the foresight to understand that they too exist under the clouds that they’re spraying on everyone? It’s the equivalent of trying to sink the Titanic – only, you’re still on it.”
Mouthy appears to belittle the work of Nick Begich Jr., son of the late Alaska Congressman Nick Begich and brother of former Alaska Senator Mark Begich and author of the conspiracy classic, Angels Don’t Play This HAARP, in which he claims that the HAARP facility could trigger earthquakes and turn the upper atmosphere into a giant lens so that “the sky would literally appear to burn.”
Mouthy then cites the 1996 monograph produced by the US Air Force, “Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather 2025” and how its publication was released three years after the completion of the HAARP facility, whose construction was funded by the Air Force, DARPA and the British aerospace defense contractor and Serco-connected behemoth, BAE Advanced Technologies.
He cites comments by the Air Force’s Dr. David Walker who was asked at an Appropriations Subcommittee what was going to happen to HAARP, now that the military was done with it and his reply was that HAARP was designed to control the ionosphere and that the Air Force was now “Moving on to other ways of managing the ionosphere.”
Mouthy concludes this piece by saying that while he’s “20-30% sure that HAARP was built to control the weather,” he has remaining questions as to weather the Air Force was successful in actually obtaining this ability. Despite the 150-odd US patents that exist for weather modification, which Mouthy finds curious, he is in strong disagreement with the heated allegations of Dane Wignington and his followers of a coordinated genocidal geoengineering attack currently underway.
